Did you know you can boost your productivity with fragrance?

Scent is one of our most powerful senses. Have you ever been out and about and got a whiff of something (maybe popcorn, or baking) that brings you right back to your childhood? Or a particular perfume or aftershave that reminds you of a family member or loved one?
The same thing can work for your mood and productivity, through scent association. If a fragrance is circulating regularly while your working it will signal to your brain that it’s time to focus!

1. Lemon
Lemon can help with concentration, and has calming and clarifying properties. It’s also naturally antibacterial, and it can help with boosting your immune system.
Try:

2. Rosemary
Known for being a ‘pick-me-up’, fans of rosemary claim it fights tiredness, headaches and even improves memory! We definitely think it helps with mental stimulation.

3. Lavender
