Scentsy Fundraise For World Vision UK With Share Your Heart Plug-In Warmer
Join Scentsy as we partner with World Vision UK to help save the lives of children around the world. We’ll donate £7.50/ €8.50 from the sale of each Love Heart Plug-in Warmer (warmer is called Share Your Heart). At Scentsy we believe in giving more than we take and so we are thrilled to fundraise for World Vision UK. This will be our charity partnership until the end of August 2019.
World Vision UK will use the money raised by Scentsy to help the most vulnerable children and mothers. They want to give them hope and help them to grow up free from fear. World Vision focuses its work on the first 1000 days – from conception, birth until the child’s second birthday. They help the new mums learn the basics about hygiene, early childhood development, health and nutrition.
Three ways in which your purchase will help support vulnerable mother and child is by:
- Offering timed and targeted counselling for nursing mothers and their families. Teaching them how to protect the health of both mother and child.
- Giving them access to clean water, sanitation and hygiene education.
- Providing medical care through good nutrition and protection against infectious diseases.
