How much does Scentsy UK delivery cost?
UK delivery is £6 per order, however large, and orders with a retail value of £530 or more ship free. Delivery charges are set by Scentsy and orders are dispatched direct from Scentsy’s distribution centre.
How long does Scentsy delivery take?
Estimated delivery is 4 to 15 business days from when your order is placed. Orders are processed and dispatched by Scentsy, and you will receive a tracking email as soon as your order is on its way.
Which courier does Scentsy use?
Scentsy ships UK and European orders fully tracked and insured with DPD or UPS. You will receive a tracking email once your order is dispatched, so you can follow its progress to your door.
Does Scentsy deliver to Ireland?
Yes, Scentsy delivers to Ireland. Orders are placed through our official Scentsy store and dispatched from Scentsy’s European distribution network, fully tracked in the same way as UK orders.
Does Scentsy deliver to Germany and the rest of Europe?
Yes. For Germany and other non-UK European countries, orders are placed through our German Scentsy store at wick-freecandles.scentsy.de. European delivery is 7 euros, and orders of 620 euros or more ship free.
Can I track my Scentsy order?
Yes, Scentsy emails you tracking details as soon as your order is dispatched. You can follow progress through the courier link in that email until it arrives at your door.
Does Scentsy deliver to the Channel Islands or Isle of Man?
Scentsy delivery does not currently cover Guernsey, Jersey, Alderney, Sark or the Isle of Man. If you live in one of these locations, contact us directly and we will do our best to help.
What happens if my Scentsy order arrives damaged?
Contact your consultant as soon as possible, ideally within a few days of delivery, with photos of the damage. If you subscribe through Scentsy Club, the same delivery terms apply to subscription orders. Scentsy products carry a lifetime replacement warranty against manufacturing defects, and damaged items are typically replaced quickly.
Can I return or exchange a Scentsy product?
Yes, if you are not satisfied with a product you can return it, as long as it is unused, for a replacement or exchange within 30 days of receiving it. Used products cannot be returned for exchange, and exchanges are for a like product of equal value.
