Scentsy’s official Amazon store launches on 20 July 2026, giving customers a verified, authorised place to buy genuine Scentsy products on the platform for the first time. However, it’s only for US buyers in the USA, so if you buy from any illegal sellers on Amazon in the UK or Europe, your purchases will not be valid under any guarantees or warranties.
I’m Alexandra Watson, and along with my husband Scott, I have been a Scentsy Consultant since April 2011. We were the very first Scentsy Consultants in the UK and across Europe, and we’ve watched the brand’s online presence evolve significantly since then.
The reason this matters is simple. Scentsy found around 85 unauthorised third-party sellers on Amazon offering hundreds of products that the company had never approved. An official store means Scentsy can start removing those listings and give customers somewhere genuine to buy from.
However, let’s be honest: the best way to buy Scentsy will still be from a consultant who can offer lower prices, parties and extra goodies, plus amazing customer service!

What Will the Amazon Store Actually Sell?
The Amazon storefront will carry a carefully selected, limited assortment rather than the full Scentsy catalogue. It will not include the full range of products, most new launches, or most of the top-selling fragrances. A handful of popular products may appear on Amazon specifically to replace unauthorised listings that were already selling well there.
That means anyone wanting new collections, bundles, or Scentsy Club membership will still need a Consultant. Amazon is really designed as a discovery point, not a replacement for the full shopping experience.
Will Prices Be Cheaper on Amazon?
No. Scentsy has confirmed that customers will never get better value on Amazon than they can get through a Consultant. Products are sold at retail pricing with shipping included, so there is no incentive to buy there rather than through us. If Scentsy runs a promotional price on Amazon, Consultants receive the same promotional opportunity through their Personal Website at the same time or before.
Every Amazon order will also include a QR code and information pointing customers back to Scentsy.com to connect with a Consultant for future orders, so the intention is clearly to send new customers toward people like us, not away from us.
My Thoughts
Scott and I have seen a lot of unauthorised sellers pop up on marketplaces over the years, usually selling old stock, discontinued scents, or products that were never meant to be resold that way. The number of customers who bought bad or damaged products from these people and came to us for help was huge. And because they bought from Amazon with no warranty, Scentsy wouldn’t replace thier faulty products. ALWAYS buy with a Scentsy consultant or the official Scentsy Amazon store for product protection and our lifetime warranties.
Having Scentsy take direct control of an Amazon presence is honestly overdue, and I think it will help customers trust what they are buying rather than gambling on a random third-party listing. We are not worried about it competing with us. If anything, it should bring more people to the brand who then look for a Consultant, and we always want to be the ones they find.
