Scentsy has added two new sales channels in 2026: an official Amazon storefront, which opened on 20 July 2026, and a TikTok Shop, which went live on 1 September 2026. Both are United States only and neither ships to the UK or Europe. Here is a plain rundown of what has been confirmed and what it means for customers in the UK, Ireland and Europe. We were the first Scentsy Consultants in the UK and Europe, so we have watched every change to how Scentsy sells since the brand arrived here.

Why Is Scentsy Doing This Now?
The way people discover brands has changed. Scentsy pointed out that customers used to ask if a neighbour sold Scentsy, and now they ask whether it is on TikTok, whether it is on Amazon, and what ChatGPT or Reddit say about it. The company’s goal is to increase its visibility where customers are already searching, creating brand-level trust before a customer ever meets a Consultant.
What Does the Amazon Launch Actually Involve?
Before the launch Scentsy found roughly 85 unauthorised third party sellers on Amazon offering unapproved products, so the official storefront gives the company grounds to remove those listings and offers a genuine, trusted source instead. The store has been live on Amazon.com since 20 July 2026. Pricing matches standard US retail with shipping included, and the catalogue is a limited selection rather than the full range. Every order includes a QR code directing customers back to Scentsy.com to find a Consultant.
What Does the TikTok Shop Launch Actually Involve?
TikTok Shop opened on 1 September 2026 and lets qualified US Consultants apply to become approved Scentsy Creators, with training provided by Scentsy. It is entirely optional, it is not a separate compensation plan, and any sales made through it still count toward PRV, awards, qualifications, bonuses and overrides after fees. Like Amazon, the product range will be limited, not the full catalogue.
What Does This Mean for Consultants and Customers?
Scentsy has been clear that this is not about replacing Consultants. It is about giving more people a way to discover the brand, with the expectation that they will eventually want the full catalogue, new launches, bundles, and Scentsy Club, all of which stay exclusive to Consultants. Scentsy has also confirmed that any promotional pricing offered on Amazon or TikTok Shop will be mirrored for Consultants through their Personal Website at the same time or earlier.
My Thoughts
We have been doing this since 2011 and we have watched Scentsy’s approach to online visibility evolve a lot in that time. With both channels now open, I think this is a sensible, fairly cautious rollout, limited catalogues, matched pricing, and a clear path back to Consultants, rather than Scentsy trying to compete with the people actually selling its products. Scentsy’s own advice is to give it time and watch how it develops, and that feels right to us too.
