Scentsy does not offer cash refunds but provides exchanges for dissatisfaction within 30 days for unused items, with a Lifetime Replacement Warranty for manufacturing defects on many products (such as warmers) and a 14-day cancellation right for new EU/UK customers. It emphasises contacting your Independent Consultant for returns or warranty claims. Damaged items must be reported within 3 days, and subscription refunds are subject to specific terms. 

General Returns & Exchanges

  • 30-Day Satisfaction: Return unused products within 30 days of delivery to your Consultant for an exchange of like products (e.g., warmer for warmer).
  • No Cash Refunds: Scentsy generally doesn’t give refunds for dissatisfaction; it’s typically an exchange.
